Well
, you can’t sponsor a website nowadays without the disclaimers and legal statements

. The purpose and goal of this website is to share with
others what I have learned over an approximate two
year period of time with regards
to reinventing your health after 50
. Notice, the transformation to being much more physically healthy did not happen overnight
.

Anyone taking the courageous step to start reinventing their health after 50
must realize and accept
that their current physical health has more than likely come about gradually over a span of 20+ years. So give it time and don’t adopt the self defeating attitude of you can’t do it
‘cause with what I’ll be sharing with you as this website grows and develops is my successful "tripod
" approach to realistic goals and the gradual accomplishment of what you are embarking on. And always remember, the slogan of this website is “You Can Do It!”

Now then, there are a few items of utmost importance
that you need to understand before embarking on this journey. First and foremost I am not
a medical doctor, nutritionist, personal trainer, or otherwise. Furthermore, I do not profess
to be an expert in weight management/ weight reduction and or nutrition matters. Personally, I‘m a 52 year old male that after experiencing the defining
moment and wake-up call
, decided to be proactive and start on a program I know refer to as reinventing your health after 50
.

Simply stated: Along the way I have gleaned much information and insight in to the tools needed to successfully accomplish the reinventing of one’s health after 50!

As with any new health or exercise program you should always and I highly stress this point, consult
with
your doctor before engaging in such activities
.

All ideas and information presented on this website are meant for informational purposes only and each participant is advised to consult with their medical professional about any issue relating to
their own health and well being

.

The information and ideas I share is derived from various readings of books, articles, medical news letters and personal experiences. While I feel these sources to be legitimate and accurate, users of this website who fail to seek guidance from their health practitioners assume risk of any potential ill
effects
Now,let's get started!
.
